Acceptable Use & Community Safety Policy

Users may complete lessons, ask for help, submit assignments, participate in approved discussions, use approved messaging, use AI tools for learning support, receive mentor and instructor feedback, submit projects, and track progress.

The following are prohibited: harassment, threats, bullying, exploitation, or abuse; hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or discriminatory content; impersonation; sharing others' private information; unauthorized access to locked courses; cheating or plagiarism; misusing AI to avoid learning; distributing malware; bypassing security controls; soliciting money, investments, tokens, passwords, wallet keys, or credentials; promoting scams, fraud, unsafe financial activity, or illegal conduct; using messaging for dating, grooming, manipulation, or unsafe contact; and moving student communications to unauthorized outside channels.

Users should report harassment, bullying, suspicious behavior, unsafe messages, inappropriate content, privacy concerns, cheating or impersonation, and security issues through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting support.

Violations may result in a warning, restriction, suspension, removal, or report to authorities depending on severity. Administrators determine the appropriate response based on the nature and severity of the violation.
