AI Learning Assistant Disclosure

Neuccy AI is an AI learning assistant integrated into Nucleus Academy. AI tools on the platform are learning aids, not human teachers, legal advisers, financial advisers, therapists, doctors, employers, or administrators.

AI tools may explain lessons, help students think through assignments, offer examples, suggest study steps, help with writing practice, provide feedback prompts, support project planning, and help mentors and instructors see where students need support.

AI tools are not used to replace student effort, complete assignments dishonestly, make final advancement decisions without human review, give legal, tax, investment, medical, or mental health advice, request passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive personal information, or communicate with students outside approved Academy channels.

Advancement, remediation, capstone acceptance, certificate approval, safety actions, and fellowship readiness determinations remain subject to mentor, instructor, and administrator review. AI tools do not make final decisions on these matters without human oversight.

AI can make mistakes. Students should verify important information with course materials, mentors, instructors, or administrators. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

AI conversations may be monitored, logged, or reviewed for safety, quality, and program support in accordance with Academy settings and privacy rules.

AI access for minors is controlled by parental consent and admin age-group settings. Parents may restrict or disable AI tools for their student through the consent scope settings.
