Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, request corrections, delete your account, export your learning records, and submit parent or guardian student record review requests. You may also withdraw parent consent or report a privacy or safety concern.
Identity Verification Required
All data requests enter a pending identity verification state. The self-attestation checkbox on this form is not sufficient authorization. An administrator must verify the requester's identity before fulfillment. This protects student data from unauthorized access.
Retention and Deletion
Some records are retained for legal, safety, compliance, audit, dispute, educational, or administrative reasons even after an account deletion request is approved. Deletion removes access to courses, progress, messages, certificates, badges, and program records.
