Parent / Observer Terms

Parent and guardian observers may view student progress, completed courses, upcoming milestones, badges, certificates, and review status. Observers may receive notices and communicate through approved Academy channels.

Observers may not complete lessons or submit assignments for students, impersonate students, unlock courses, override mentor, instructor, or admin review, access other students' records, or use app data for harassment, pressure, or misuse.

Where required by law or Academy policy, a parent or legal guardian must consent before a minor student account is activated. Parent consent is tracked separately from general terms acceptance.
